On a beautiful morning, surrounded by the crisp mountain air and the gentle melody of nature, we stumbled upon vibrant, unknown berries glistening in the sun. As we marvelled at these colourful gems, we realized we were looking at a treasure. Our local friends later explained that these fruits were regional powerhouses of nutrition, used by their communities for generations, yet they remained a secret to the outside world.

That was our "aha!" moment. It sparked a question: how many other natural, potent superfoods were hidden away in the countless regions of India, their benefits limited to only a few? We knew then that we had a new path to follow.
